| Not Able to Receive Subscribed Emails
If you are having troubles receiving emails from Career Crown, it is possible that your email program such as Gmail, Hotmail etc. have accidentally recognized the genuine email as spam. Possible solutions:
Hotmail® Users:
1. Login to your account and click on "Junk" folder or menu link. 2. Look for the email from Career Crown. Click check box [√] next to the email. Select 'Not Junk' from menu at the top.
Gmail™ Users:
1. Login to your account and click on "Spam" link. 2. Look for the email from Career Crown. Click check box [√] next to the email. 3. Click on the top menu button "Not Spam"
For all other emails, follow the steps in a similar fashion.
